I don't normally leave reviews, but my experience with Twin Oaks Solutions and Daniel's team was good enough to bring me out of the woodwork (pun intended). As a new home-owner, I appreciated his guidance and advice on what sort of trimming work he recommended. Everything was very reasonably priced, and all work was explained with as much detail as I wanted. They're very quick, affordable and do good work. The Twin Oak Solutions team did a fantastic job helping us with an (unexpected) tree removal and yard cleanup, after a recent storm knocked down several of our trees. They were in the neighborhood doing work on our street, and we reached out to them about cutting up and removing the downed trees, AND about taking down a couple more (plus some bushes). They were super fast, but also left the yard looking FANTASTIC and CLEAN, after having 4 trees come down. Bonus: They even yanked out two bushes that were driving my wife crazy, so thats a plus! I don’t post a lot of recommendations, but every now and then I find such a good contractor I have to spread the word… Ive had Twin Oak Solutions out to my place for tree maintenance three times in the last couple years. In my business of building and housing inspections ( Freedom Property Inspections), I run across many trades. I ended up having to have a tree removed from the center of my home (my home has an Atrium with an enclosed court yard). The job was delicate as the tree is surrounded by windows with multiple skylights on the roof. I knew I needed to call the pros that could handle this job and do it the right way. After observing this tree company's work over a period of several days during the past spring storms, I knew whom I needed to call when it was my time to remove the tree. The employees were professional, courteous, safe and very safety orientated regarding my home, the staff and just the way they carried themselves. They were meticulous in their clean up, as if they were never there. If you are in need of a tree service company that has a higher standard than the rest, I strongly encourage you to call them. We had a 26 year old Silver Leaf Maple tree that was dying and dropping branches. I first called Monster Tree Service as I used them several years ago. I was shocked by their quote. My wife mentioned that I should call Daniel at Twin Oaks Solutions. Daniel responded rite away and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and his quote. (it was almost 50% less than the other company). I work with Daniel on scheduling the tree removal days later. His crew should up exactly at the scheduled time and worked like artist on removing the tree. Just recently had twin oaks solutions out to remove a tree for me. I’ve had a few trees removed in the past and got several bids. Twin oak solutions was the most competitive with the clearest set of expectations. We had a tree removed before, and there was damage to our fence. Since then we’ve had a brand new fence put up. This was a major concern as the tree was very large and over top of our high-end air conditioner, roof of the home and very expensive cedar fence. I was thoroughly impressed with the team‘s ability to take down such a large tree with such close proximity to my home, fence, and air conditioner. Watching them, take down this tree and swing the cut limbs and landing them in the street for the wood chipper almost seem effortlessly. That’s what happens when you hire true experienced professionals. It was truly something to watch. Thank you guys for your great work and prompt service. Twin Oak Solutions trimmed 2 trees in my front yard and 1 tree in my backyard. The crew did a terrific job and even left my lawn cleaner than they found it. No half baked Chuck-and-a-Truck here. Our case involved a 32 year old Shumard Red Oak, planted in 1991 in honor of our daughter. A trimming and balancing job not for the faint at heart or unknowledgeable. The Twin Oak Solutions team is simply incredible. My only regret is not having more trees to have the magic done to them.
